  1. Ahhhh!!!! No Dairy? I’m not much of a milk drinker, but I love yogurt! I do agree with everything else, especially the No Sugar. After I cut my sugar intake to almost nothing, except what you naturally find in fruits and dairy (eek!), my skin took a turn for the better. Great post!

  2. So difficult to live by half of these rules! No dairy is so hard because yogurt/milk is good for calcium and other things in life, i have a cup of yogurt 3-4x a week but my skin is not 100%. pores and random pimples/redness are my main problems! So annoying.
    No sugar/no junk food is also so up and down for me. Haha no wonder i can never have great skin.
    Great post though!

  3. I’ve tried skipping dairy but it didn’t do any changes in my skin. Guess it matters if you are allergic to lactose or not.

  4. Very informative post.. But for me, few are really hard to follow.. :P
    Staying away from dairy products is next to impossible.. Going to bed early is totally impossible.. Nuts? I hate them :(
