Biba used to be my absolute favorite back in college and the prices used to be great. They have such great collection. But they’ve raised their prices so much since then, sometimes I feel it’s just not worth spending so much :/ So I’m not sure if budget conscious housewives and college goers can really afford it for regular wear anymore.
