My Experience with SUGAR Ace Of Face Foundation Stick

Packaging: The SUGAR Ace Of Face Foundation Stick comes is a beautiful matte finished outer carton. As always all the vital details are mentioned at the outer carton. Coming to the foundation stick, it has an innovative duo design. The foundation is housed in a dual-ended tube packaging where it has the foundation stick on one end and a brush on the other end. The brush is really soft and blends the foundation effortlessly. Both sides have the caps. One of the caps has the shade name and number on it. Overall, the stick is sturdy, handy and quite travel-friendly.

02 Galão is a light-medium shade with golden undertone.

Formula and Texture: The SUGAR Ace Of Face Foundation Stick has a lightweight, creamy waterproof formula and the texture is soft and creamy! I drew it straight on and then buffed it with the attached brush. It’s very easy to use as it literally melts on to the skin from the stick, and blends so easily.

Coverage and Finish: It gives really great full coverage with several swipes across the face. It layers and builds really well so you can get the coverage you need. If you don’t want a heavy coverage, you can easily tone down the coverage by swiping it lightly on your face. It gives a matte finish which doesn’t look cakey at all. I have a normal skin and I found that I didn’t need to set it with powder, which I really liked.

Staying power: I didn’t even use a primer, yet I wore it for 10 hours, as usual only my nose area got a little oily but my skin still looked amazing an fresh at the end of the day. It didn’t get patchy or rub off in between. If you have normal/dry skin then you probably won’t need to use a powder on top, but for oily skin, a light dusting of powder is always suggested to set the foundation flawlessly and keep shine at bay.

My skin tone is M.A.C. NC 42 which is medium beige shade and SUGAR Ace Of Face Foundation Stick 04 Breve matched with my skin tone pretty well. Shade number 05 Mocha is darker for me but probably the best match for  NC 44 and NC 45 skin tones.

MAB Recommendation:

I am genuinely completely impressed as it immediately blurs my skin and covers imperfections. It definitely blurs away-enlarged pores, fine lines, dark circles, blemishes etc. The coverage is amazing yet looks so natural on the skin! My face looks completely flawless and photo-ready. Since the new duo design transforms conventional foundation stick packaging into a duo functioned tool with a brush attached, Whoa! I literally fell in love with it and I am sure you will too! This is definitely one of the best foundation sticks I have ever used!
