How to Apply: Cheat your way to perfectly lined eyes! Draw small dashes from the inside corner to the outside corner and then draw back over them to smoothen and thicken.

My Experience with SUGAR EYE WARNED YOU SO! DOUBLE MATTE EYELINER!– 01 Black Swan 

Packaging:

SUGAR EYE WARNED YOU SO! DOUBLE MATTE EYELINER!– 01 Black Swan comes in a beautiful matte finished, sleek cardboard packaging with all the vital product details on it. Coming to the eyeliner, the actual eyeliner comes in a lightweight and sleek black container. The packaging is airtight and sturdy. I am really impressed with the tip of the eyeliner as it is so apt for a precise application whether it’s a dramatic cat eye or an ultra-thin look. The length of the wand ensures a good control while lining the eyes. Since it’s very handy thus it goes very smoothly on eyes, gives flawless and even finish in just one go! Overall the packaging very travel-friendly.

Shade and pigmentation:

Like its name, 01 Black Swan, it is one of the most DARKEST BLACK shade. The eyeliner is extremely pigmented and only one swipe is enough to line your eyes. Don’t layer it again and again as you can achieve the darkest lines in the first swipe itself.

Texture and formula and staying power:

SUGAR EYE WARNED YOU SO! DOUBLE MATTE EYELINER!– 01 Black Swan has a very smooth soft texture, which easily glides on eyes without tugging. The jet-black formula quickly dries down and gives a very beautiful ultra-matte finish. The lasting power is EXTREMELY GOOD! It stays put on my non-oily eyelids for at least 15 hours, which is unbelievable! Please note the lasting can be varied if you have oily lids. I am so glad, it’s 100% water-resistant eyeliner. No matter how many times you splash water on to your face it doesn’t come down or smudge at all unless you rub it with your hands. Yes, It stays intact! The best thing is that it comes off easily with your face wash and water.
