Rise and Shine with these 9 Morning Beauty Habits

Almost every woman desire for owning the flawless complexion and beautiful body!! And the all the desires start as soon as you wakeup in the morning! Well, you don’t need to spend much money for that! Start your every day by following 9 morning beauty habits to make your mornings amazing:

1. WAKE UP WITH THE ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE

Good Morning! How many of you wake up in the morning with gratitude? Do you say “Thank you God” in the morning? We usually think about what we don’t have instead of what we have! There is no doubt that an attitude of gratitude reduces the levels of stress and depression. Regularly thinking about what you are grateful for can help you feel a lot better. Wakeup with gratitude that you are fortunate for being alive, family and everything you have today! This positive thinking will give you satisfactions and happiness and that happiness will show on your face!! That’s why practicing gratitude can actually improve the appearance of skin. What a beautiful way to stay happy and beautiful!

2. DRINK A LARGE GLASS OF WATER RIGHT AFTER YOU WAKE UP

You already know that you need to drink about 8-9 glasses of water everyday but do you know the importance of drinking water in the morning? After a long night’s rest, your body gets dehydrated which can make your skin look old and dry. Drinking H2O in the morning will not only hydrate your body but also increase your metabolism by 25%. So if you planning to lose weight, drink at least 3-4 large Glasses on empty stomach. This will also maintain the elasticity and glow of the skin and prevent premature wrinkles too. So lets make it a morning habit to  drink H2O first thing when you wake up!

You may Start with 1 Glass of water and gradually increase the number of glasses. Also do not forget to drink plenty of water throughout the day. 

3. USE A FACE MIST IN THE MORNING

Believe it or not, spritzing cold water on your face first thing in the morning can really make huge difference in your skin texture. Face mist soothes your skin reduces the puffiness of your skin. It also adds glow to your skin. You may keep some mineral water in a spray can or any face mist of choice in your fridge. Now spray this chilly water to the face first thing in the morning. Try it, you will surprise too!!

I love mixing some cucumber slices with mineral water and keep them in the fridge for overnight.

4. STRETCH YOUR BODY

Who doesn’t love a post-workout blush !! Yes, that’s the key! We all know the truth that exercising or Yoga the morning can be a great way to get the beauty benefit. Moreover Studies have proven that those who exercise or Yoga in the morning are more likely to get a better night’s sleep than those who don’t.  Workout / Yoga for 15-20 minutes ( you can do it in your bedroom too) is more than enough for youthful and Glowing skin. Above all, it keeps you in shape ! Come on ladies. …now that’s an awesome way to start your day with !

There are various stretching exercises that you can do right in your own bedroom.

5. EAT HIGH PROTEINS BREAKFAST

There is a better way to get a glowing and young skin than spending thousand of bucks on cosmetics! “Good Food= Good Skin” You should never ever skip your breakfast. Our bodies need to be properly fueled to get our day started in the morning and protein is the essential fuel that we need. For Glowing Healthy Skin and hair, your breakfast should be rich in proteins. Why? Protein is actually full of amino acids that create collagen in your body, a substance that thickens your skin and leaves it looking clearer and wrinkle free. Also a high protein breakfast keeps you fuller that means no overeating later in the day and If you are trying to lose weight, eating a breakfast that is rich in protein can really help you reach your goals. So add Eggs, Milk or Milkshakes, Curd and Nuts in your breakfast now !!!

I eat 2 eggs with 1 full glass of milk everyday.

6. START YOUR DAY WITH A CUP OF GREEN TEA

Healthy Changes are always good. How about A Cup of Green Tea in the morning instead of Coffee of Tea? I personally love Green Tea a lot and drink it daily in the morning. Why? Green Tea is full of antioxidants and makes a great alternative to your usual Tea or Coffee. Antioxidants may actually reverse the effects of ageing by improving skin health and rejuvenating its appearance. Although, it is almost difficult to make wrinkles disappear but antioxidants can help plump out the skin and make it appear more youthful.

My Green Tea consumption is about 2 Large Cups (approx. 500 ml) daily. 

7. ANTIOXIDANT SERUM TO YOUR REGIMEN

Are you using Antioxidant serum as a part of your daily skin care routine? If not then you are seriously missing out something really essential? There’s nothing more appealing than a beautiful, radiant skin therefore Antioxidant such as Vitamin C serum can help brighten your complexion. Moreover, our skin keeps itself renewed through the production of a protein called collagen. As we age, our skin naturally produces less collagen. So less collagen can result in more signs of skin ageing, such as wrinkles and fine lines. Using Antioxidant serum can help support in making of collagen, which may result the plumper and firm skin. It can also help skin retain moisture and stay fresh-looking all day long.

Each morning, apply a thin layer of Antioxidant serum right after cleansing my face. Let is absorb in your skin and then apply moisturizer after few minutes.

8. CTM IN THE MORNING

Cleansing your skin first, toning it and at the end moisturizing it, are considered as the three basic things that you must do in the morning to ensure a healthy, glowing and wrinkle free skin. CTM can make a huge contribution to the health of your skin. It enhances your beauty naturally and keeps your skin looking younger and healthier.

Never skip CTM in the evening too.

9. DON’T FORGET YOUR SUNSCREEN

Sunscreen in the morning? Yes! It is necessary to wear sunscreen early in the morning too. The sunrays may not be as harmful in the morning, but that does not mean that you will not experience problems in the future such as early wrinkles, skin cancer and other skin problems. Therefore you need sun protection throughout the day. So, always put on sunscreen in the mornings to continue to look youthful.

You may use an SPF mouisturiser and never step out without wearing sunscreen.
