My Experience with SUGAR Matte As Hell Crayon Lipsticks:

Packaging

These Lip Crayons come is a beautiful matte outer carton. The outer carton carries all the necessary product details printed on it including the Sugar logo, shade name, manufacturing details etc.. The lipstick comes in a black fat crayon with the base matching shade and black cap. The crayon also has the shade name and number printed on it. As mentioned earlier, these lip crayons are not retractable and need sharpening. For sharpening, a black sharpener comes free along with every lip crayon. The sharpener has a sleek stick attached with it that needs to be pulled out to clean the sharpener. This gives a fuss-free sharpening experience. As always I love their complete packaging. Very sleek and travel-friendly.

Pop on Baby Houseman for a versatile, deep yet bright pink hue that you just can’t go wrong with. This beautiful lipstick has a color as beautiful as its name. Flattering for all skin tones, you must grab this shade for the festive season.

This shade is such an ultimate attention grabber! Honed with burgundy undertones, this rich warm brown shade looks very elegant. Trust me you don’t need to pair it with anything but a little blush/bronzer and loads of mascara! Voila! You have a perfect party pout!

Sugar Matte as hell lip crayon lipstick – 14 Violet Crawley

This one is such a versatile, smokey Violet shade with grey undertone! It is an edgy and chic shade!! Moreover, It will not wash out dark skin tones as well.

Either you pair it with a thick black liner pulled out to winged tips or nude dewy lids with lots of mascara and man you have got a full look!!! A must buy if you love wearing violet lipsticks!

Formula, Texture, and Pigmentation

These SUGAR Matte As Hell Lip Crayons have a smooth and creamy consistency that eventually settles into a velvet matte finish on the lips. I just love the way these feel on my lips, silky smooth! These are also very lightweight and provide you excellent coverage! The color is very intense that It hides lip pigmentation fully and effectively in just single swipe! SUGAR lip crayon has a wax-based formulation that does not contain mineral oil, parabens, paraffin, phenoxyethanols, volatile cyclomethicones (D4, D5, D6) and animal derived ingredients. Since the formula is not completely matte rather a creamy matte thus it neither dries out the lips nor settles into the fine lines. All the shades glide on smoothly without any tugging or pulling. Once applied, they hardly budge and stay intact for many hours without being patchy. Yayy!!

Staying Power:

The staying power is excellent! These stay put on my lips for 7+ hours easily. Moreover, these stay comfortable throughout their wear time. The color fades a little bit after eating and drinking but still look so good. These also do not leave a strong stain behind.

All the shades are super gorgeous, extremely pigmented that provide maximum coverage and silky matte finish! Moreover, these glides on your lips like a dream and go opaque in one swipe! Quite long lasting 7+ hours, wear off evenly moreover these do not seem to dry out the lips also don’t feel like anything is on your lips. I must say that the new shades are very fresh and very poppy! Yass!!
