My Experience with the New 6 shades of SUGAR Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipsticks:
Packaging: The Lipstick comes is a matte finished outer carton with their usual graphics. All the vital details are mentioned in it. Coming to the lipstick tube, it comes in a rectangular and a transparent tube with a matte black cap. The shade name, the number is also mentioned at the bottom of the tube.
THE APPLICATOR: There is a sponge applicator attached to the cap. The length of the applicator stick is so impeccable for a better grip. It works well to apply the product to the lips, especially on the corners of your lips. The wand is a bit small but gives you more control and perfect application.
New Shades:
The new edition has all the universal hues except the peach one. Rest 5 shades are stunning for every occasion and flattering for every skin tone.
These are the new shades:
37 HOT APRICOT: It’s a peachy nude that is a perfect shade for medium to fair skin.
38 DOSE OF ROSE: It’s a pretty rosy mauve shade, flattering for all skin tones.
39 PINK SYNC:Â If you love magenta then you are definitely going to love this rosy magenta shade.
40 FUCHSIA FANTASIA:Â There is a slight difference in Pink Synk and this one. This one is a deep fuchsia-plum shade. This is also a very pretty shade.
41 GOTTA TERRACOTTA: This one is my most favourite from this launch. It’s a really sophisticated burnt orange that will make your face glow!!. No matter what your skin tone is, it is going to look amazing on you.
42 TOAST ROAST: This one is my second favourite! It’s a deep and rich reddish brown shade again flattering for all skin beauties!!
Formula, texture & Pigmentation: Since it is an ultra-matte lipstick hence the formula is drying. It glides on smoothly without tugging and dries down quickly less than in 1 minute. It gives you coverage without looking patchy. Each shade is extremely pigmented and gives an absolutely intense colour payoff. Once it dries it doesn’t budge but makes sure that your lips are properly exfoliated before you apply this lipstick.
longevity: It stays put on my lips up to 8 to 10 hours easily. Also doesn’t budge, smudge, transfer or fade but only starts to wear off slightly in the center of the lips if you eat something oily which is quite obvious. Besides that, no feathering, fading or smudging at all! It’s a 100% smudge proof and transfer proof formula thus you need to use an oil-based cleanser to remove them completely.
