Hey my super awesome readers!
How are you all?
I have become quite obsessed with handmade soaps over the past few years! Acha tell me, do you use handmade soaps? Yes Or No? Well, I absolutely adore natural handmade soaps and I use them quite often. Well, Let me tell you that large majorities of people have never used handmade soap before. Yes! Actually,. How do you choose a soap? You see an ad, visit a store and buy, Right? Such soaps are often made with chemical detergents and synthetic lathering agents etc. which can be irritating or drying on the skin but on the other hand, the natural handmade soaps are made of the natural ingredients.
So, which soap will you choose then? Think . . . .
Okay! Today I am going to review a handmade soap, made from all natural ingredients. Read on to know more about it…..
About the company:
Inspired by traditional Indian home remedies for skin care, the company believes “we are what we use” and our skin deserves only the best! That’s why the company claims to use quality ingredients such as fresh ground nuts, fresh turmeric (ambe haldi), finger millet (ragi), gram flour (besan), essential oils, goat milk, buttermilk, saffron and several other skin-friendly ingredients. Their all the products are hand made. Yes… They actually do it all by hand, from mixing and blending, to curing and packaging…everything!! Their range of products include natural artisan soaps, moisturizers, body creams, shampoos, conditioners etc.
What it claims to do:
As it’s name implies, this soap is made especially for sensitive skin. Buffalo Milk gently cleanses the skin, and Honey gives a boost to the complexion. For further moisturizing, we added some Jojoba Oil, and just to be extra-safe, we stayed away from adding any fragrance oil to this gentle bar.
How to use:
Wet body and apply generously, then rinse.
Ingredients:
Every 10gm contains Vegetable Glycerine (15.00%), Distilled Water (10.00%), Buffalo Milk (5.50%), Honey (4.80%), Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (4.72%), Jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis) Oil (2.50%), Bentonite Clay (2.00%), Colour (0.20%)
Price: INR 380 for 100 gms.
Skin Type: Sensitive skin
Shelf Life: 1 year from date of packing.

My experience with SaND for Soapaholics And A Bit of Tenderness
Packaging:
The packaging of this soap is extremely simple yet catchy. It is wrapped in transparent plastic pouch with a name and ingredients list and how to use instructions pasted on it. I simply love the company’s logo… Its beautiful!!
Texture:
The texture of the soap is bit soft not rock hard like other soaps available in the market. it feels creamy and buttery. It comes in light brown color and without any fragrance. It has a light smell but this is from the ingredients this soap is made of that’s why it is one of the great option for sensitive skin people. The soap glides on smoothly like butter on my dampened skin and makes a decent lather.
Blended with honey, jojoba oil and buffalo milk, this bar soap gently cleanses the skin without drying it out. Honey gives nourishment to complexion as it is extremely moisturizing and soothing, so it helps create a glow. At the same time, the buffalo milk hydrates dry skin, exfoliates mature skin and lightens dark skin. Whereas the Jojoba Oil penetrates deep into the skin layers and improves dryness and skin texture! Another amazing ingredient, Bentonite clay does wonder to skin. It exfoliates your skin and pulls hydrogen from cells, allowing room for oxygen. This helps with circulation and overall skin tone and health! I use it on my entire body, even on my face and my skin is radiant without that greasy look, t locks the moisture in.
I really love the ultimate combination of such amazing and effective ingredients. It leaves my skin extremely smooth and well hydrated. As it names indicates, this soap is made especially for sensitive skin people but I think it’s a perfect soap for all skin type. Due to its moisturizing properties, it can be a wonderful choice for dry skin people as well. As the soap is fragrance free that makes it safe for sensitive skin.
